Bodylishish.

 

Bodylishish is a 10-week program written, organised, and run by gym owner and personal trainer, Jo Hillas. Bodylishish has been running for almost as long as 4EvaFit Gym and is Jo’s most successful fitness program, aimed at improving overall fitness levels and wellbeing, and is also a proven success for people who are trying to lose weight. Bodylishish runs four times a year (running alongside school terms for all you parents out there!)

Signing up for the program gains you access to three Bodylishish classes per week, as well as any other classes at the gym, and unlimited 24/7 access to the gym’s facilities.

You’ll also receive weekly meal plans written by Jo, giving you plenty of delicious recipes and snack ideas to choose from over the course of the 10-week program.
