4EvaFit is all about training hard and eating clean. Jo has always stated that in order to get the most out of your workouts, you need to put the same effort into the kitchen as you do in the gym.

4EvaFit can often be spotted at local markets, offering clean, plant-based food, snacks and drinks from the bus. Check us out on social media to find out where and when you can get your hands on some market goodies.

If you can’t make it to the markets, pop into the gym and pick up some plant-based foods to make something yourself, grab a healthy meal from the fridge (available Friday mornings), order a plant-based lunch delivery (available every Thursday - limited availability), or take part in Jo’s Bodylishish 10-week program which includes meal plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks*.
